Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients:

1 broiler/fryer chicken (3.5-4 lbs)(or you could use chicken thighs)
2 Tbsp Paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional!)
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Prepare the chicken by washing and removing the gizzard bag, etc.  Place in a crockpot.  Mix remaining ingredients.  Add water a teaspoon at a time to make into a paste.  Rub all over chicken. Cook on low 6-7 hours or on high for 3.5-4.5 hours.  Some crockpots cook faster than others so keep an eye on it towards the end of the cooking time so you don't overcook it.
